Irene si veste di giallo
On Friday, 3 July 2026, at 5.00 pm, the Irene Brin Garden in Sasso di Bordighera will host Irene si veste di giallo (“Irene Dresses in Yellow”), an event dedicated to the celebrated writer, journalist and key figure in the birth of Made in Italy.
The programme includes a theatrical reading of the unpublished work Who Killed Jimmy Suffolk?, a recently rediscovered early work by Irene Brin. The performance features actors Fulvia Roggero, Vincenzo Santagata and Silvia Villa, directed by Fulvia Roggero and Silvia Villa. The event will be followed by a fashion show by Maison Daphné of Sanremo, inspired by the fashion of the 1950s and 1960s.
An afternoon of literature, theatre and fashion to rediscover one of the most fascinating figures of twentieth-century Italian culture.
