Elio Lentini

Elio Lentini, born in 1938 in Villafranca in Lunigiana, intertwined his creative path with the Ligurian Ponente: first in Ventimiglia and along the French Riviera, and later in Dolceacqua, where he is currently active in his atelier.

Decisive were his encounters with prominent figures of the twentieth century, from Antonio Aniante to Pablo Picasso in Vallauris, as well as Italo Calvino and many others, recounted by the artist in the book L’arte è pensiero che diventa forma – racconto di un percorso.

Numerous public and private galleries and museum institutions, both national and international, have hosted and continue to host his works on a permanent basis.
