Monet Gardens
It is the last remaining testimony of the famous Moreno Gardens, which at the end of the 19th century were renowned throughout Europe for their balance between native vegetation and exotic species.
Monet was fascinated by them and mentioned them in his letters from Bordighera.
Today, part of this magnificent space is dedicated to the great painter and is located along Via Romana, near the Canary Island Pine, a monumental tree.
